All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing times may be slightly extended during promotional events or peak demand periods.

Standard Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days after processing.
Total estimated delivery time from order placement: 4–9 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if any) are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase is completed.
No hidden charges are added after the order is placed.
Free shipping promotions, when available, are clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.

It is sent electronically by email to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers will receive the eBook within 24 hours of order confirmation.
No physical copy of the guide is shipped, and the eBook is provided at no additional cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders returned due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.
