Weven Commerce LLC operates this store and website under the brand Vitalguard, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities offered on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Vitalguard reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been received and confirmed by us.
Once an order has been accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If an order is modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Returns and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that all purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale, export, or commercial purposes.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, excluding taxes, shipping, customs, or handling fees unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and to promptly update such information when necessary.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all charges will be honored. Additional terms may apply to recurring billing, subscriptions, memberships, or trial offers, including the VitalGuard Club terms described in Section 4A.

SECTION 4A – VITALGUARD CLUB

We may offer a membership program called the VitalGuard Club, which provides access to promotional benefits such as premium discounts, exclusive offers, insider content, and/or free shipping on select items, subject to the terms presented at the time of enrollment.
If you enroll in the VitalGuard Club with a free trial, you will not be charged the membership fee for 15 days from the date of enrollment. You may still be charged for any physical products purchased at checkout. At the end of the trial period, unless you cancel, your payment method will be charged automatically.
After the 15-day trial period ends, your payment method on file will be charged thirty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents, excluding applicable taxes. Your VitalGuard Club membership will then automatically renew every 30 days at 39 dollars 99 cents USD, excluding applicable taxes, until you cancel.
You may cancel your VitalGuard Club membership at any time by contacting us at help@tryvitalguard.com, calling us at +1 (513) 449-9941, or using our contact form at https://buyvitalguard.com/pages/contact. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests should be submitted at least three days before your next billing date.
By continuing to use the VitalGuard Club after the trial period, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable membership fees until canceled.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated at checkout, membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once products are handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Vitalguard and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation without prior written consent is prohibited.
Vitalguard trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without prior written authorization.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available.” We do not control or endorse these tools and are not responsible for their content or performance.
Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
